International Pancake Day, Success!


I had pancakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yum!
Delicious Breakfast Pancakes:
(makes many)
2. dl of flour
3 dl. of milk
2 eggs
½ tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of maple syrup
1 tea spoon of vanilla extract/sugar
1 tea spoon of baking soda
Whisk together and leave for at least 20 minutes before frying them.
