Cats, as everybody know, is not hatched out of eggs.
Cats are born as kittens and they have a belly-button chord-thingy which through there's transferred nutrients from the mother cat to the baby cat when the baby cat is yet to be born.

After birth however, I wondered if the belly-button-stringy-wingy left some kind of mark, or a scar - like on us humans.

Do cats have belly-buttons? A hairy little navel somewhere?
Does other mammals have one? Like monkeys, dogs, dolphins, hamsters, horses?

Belly button

All placental mammals have a navel. While it is fairly conspicuous in humans, in most mammals it appears only as a thin hairless line.
